Understand when PV8 can generate an SLD and what an engineer must still confirm.
How the screening SLD is built
PV8 generates an SLD from an engineering topology contract, not from catalogue rows alone. The contract identifies sources, converters, transformers, switchgear, meters, protection boundaries, connection point and operating direction.
- Equipment ratings and voltage levels remain explicit.
- Unknown protection and fault-duty values remain open items.
- Existing, retained, removed and proposed equipment are visually distinct.
- Engine-specific loads and generators use the same shared topology model.
