Account access and roles
Understand owner, member, reviewer and shared-result access.
Keep access proportional
- Organisation owners manage billing, members and portfolio access.
- Members work only within their granted organisation and asset scope.
- External reviewers receive bounded access to a Room or shared record.
- Shared-result recipients do not gain access to the originating workspace.
- Access can be revoked without deleting the frozen audit record.
Sign-in and recovery
Use a named work email, strong password and multi-factor authentication where configured. Enterprise organisations may use SSO. Password and email verification links are single-purpose and expire.
