Method
- IT capacity sized from spare connection headroom and declared/typical site electrical limits.
- Power cost from PV self-supply plus grid top-up at labelled tariffs; revenue from screening-grade colocation/compute price bands.
- PV-sacrifice variants shown where the layout must yield space; layout from the working-layout engine when present.

- Published colocation/compute price ranges (dated)
- Site layout from uploaded as-built/working layout when available
Limitations
- Fibre availability and latency class need the carrier RFI; cooling water/climate limits are screened, not designed.
- Screening result with labelled assumptions — not a bankable study, an engineering design, or investment advice.
- Site-specific facts the owner has not provided are filled with labelled, era- or country-typical defaults.
